EU Contact & Product Safety

Customers in the European Union can contact us at support@pawesomeemporium.store for orders, returns, privacy requests and any product safety concern. We reply within one business day.

EU responsible person under the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988: [name and full EU postal address to be confirmed]. Once appointed, their name, street address, postcode, country and contact details will be published here and on the relevant product listings.

To report a safety concern about a product you bought from us, email support@pawesomeemporium.store with the product name, your order number, photographs where possible and a description of the issue. We acknowledge safety reports within one business day and will tell you what we intend to do about it.

If a product we have sold is found to present a risk, we will contact affected customers directly, publish the details on this page, and cooperate with the relevant national market surveillance authorities.
