Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery takes 1–3 business days to most metro addresses.

Delivery is free on all Australian orders over $99. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

International shipping is available to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Germany, Japan and South Africa, and typically takes 7–18 business days. Any duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. If tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase it for you.
