Refund & Returns Policy

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and the item you'd like to send back. We'll email you return instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving with us.

Return postage is covered by us for faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent items. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your cost.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on used treats, chews or opened grooming products unless they arrived faulty.
